Port Bailey Seaplane Base (IATA: KPY, FAA LID: KPY) is a public use seaplane base located in Port Bailey, in the Kodiak Island Borough of the U.S. state of Alaska.[1] It is privately owned by Kadiak Fisheries.[1]

Scheduled seaplane service to Kodiak is subsidized by the Essential Air Service program.
